This is a new, modern guesthouse behind the main house. We live in the main house. The entire cute guesthouse with the entrance on the side is yours. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath room, a living room and kitchen. You will have 1 reserve parking spaces in front of the guest house entrance gate, and plenty of parking on the street. The house is close to everything. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
