This charming, cozy, and minimalistic mid-century modern home is located in Arlington Park neighborhood. This home is central to all the best amenities Sarasota has to offer. Enjoy award winning beaches Lido and Siesta Key only 15 minutes away, and dining and strolling around Southside Village within walking distance. This home is also central to Downtown where you’ll find fine restaurants and shopping, the Van Wezel, Sarasota Art museum, Sarasota Ballet and more. Walking distance to a beautiful Arlington Park, which includes a heated outdoor olympic size public pool, gym, four tennis courts, and a basketball court.This home features terrazzo floors throughout, recently renovated, newer AC, screened lanai, laundry, ample fenced backyard and more. This home is minimalistically decorated to enjoy of a relaxed and calming environment. There are three bedrooms but we chose to use one as office for those remote workers :). Enjoy the living room with new furniture and a new 55-Inch smart TV. All furniture including beds are new and we’ll be adding more items as needed. The kitchen has Luxor Carrara stone quartz counters, modern and vintage appliances, and water filtration system. Espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, and toaster available. The bathroom has a bath tub, tankless water heater, and a whole house water purification system for soft skin and hair :). The lanai has a new and comfortable four-piece coffee set. A carport is available and there is ample space to park two additional cars in the driveway.”Please note: for a short period of time nearby construction with potential noise may occur during your stay. A neighboring residence is being built and work may be done during the day. If you want more information, please send us an inquiry message.
