Welcome to the Sand Bar, our family friendly property that can be the perfect home base for your next Maine vacation.The Sand Bar is centrally located right off of Rt. 1 and convenient to all of Wells’ beaches.The house has three bedrooms, two have a queen bed in each. The third bedroom, the bunk room, has a full size bed and two twin beds in a 6 foot lofted area, which the kids will love. The bunk room also has a pull out sofa, its own TV and a half bath, making it a great spot for the kids. The main part of the house is an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with a huge island, stools and a coffee bar. There is also a finished basement with laundry and bathroom with a shower.After a day at the beach or exploring the area, come back and enjoy the backyard with a nice cold beverage near the fire pit. A gas grill is available.
