The fully-fenced, private backyard has artificial turf and patio furniture for enjoying the Colorado sun. Kitchen features granite countertops, a single-bowl farmhouse sink, as well as open shelving and plenty of storage.Your code will only work on the back door! Via the alleyway, park in the south-side dirt lot, and open the gate to the backyard.I am available to you 24/7/365 via my phone, though I do have “Do Not Disturb” hours established per my settings. This usually requires 2 calls in a row within a 3-minute span to get through. In the case of a non-911 emergency, please continue to call until I pick up .
