Nearby are many charming towns like Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and St Pete, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, bars & other sites in our exciting and beautiful area!Additional details:When Michael first saw this property on the market in 2017 before he met Sherridon, he knew it was a special place due to its proximity to many of the sights that draw visitors to Florida. For example, it’s…- 6 minutes from Dunedin, a beautiful waterside town with a marina, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants (plus, there’s a bookstore!)- 14 minutes from Safety Harbor, another town known for its beautifulstreets, great food, and long wooden dock where you can see a sunrise/sunset-15 minutes from world-famous Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, where you can swim, cycle, roller blade, parasail, jetski, paddle board, and enjoy allthe sights, sounds, and tastes the pier has to offer- 15 minutes from Honeymoon Island State Park, with its beautiful white-sand beaches and stunning nature trails- 25 minutes from Tarpon Springs, known for their Greek sponge docks andamazing seafood- 34 minutes from the St. Pete Pier, with its many attractions and beautifulocean viewsMichael acted fast, bought the property, and set about remodeling it one space at a time. When Sherridon came along in 2019, she took over designing every area to make it feel like “home”. Today, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms, as well as the kitchen and living room, have either been fully remodeled or updated. The beds are a king, two queens, and one (pullout couch mattress) full. We’ve poured so much time and love into our home and we can’t wait to share it with you!Other special details:In Florida, good A/C matters. Our A/C is a brand new mini-split system, which means there are separate units for each bedroom and then one for the main living area. This allows guests in every bedroom to control their own room temperature – a major plus!
