Although we will not be sure until 12/24 hours beforehand. When you arrive, please inspect the home for cleanliness. If anything is not acceptable, do not hesitate to reach out to us. If you would like to have a late departure, then $20/hour for up to 4 hours. A 50% charge of the night’s rate if after that, however you must notify the host 24hr ahead of time prior to check out. $50 is charged for every 30 min after check out time if the guest didn’t notify the host ahead of time.PARKING:Free assigned space up to 3 cars are allowed per reservation, 2 spaces inside the garage, 1 space is outside parallel to the garage. Please be aware of street sweeping on Wednesday and host will not be responsible for street sweeping tickets if parked in front of the house.TRASH CAN:Trash can are picked up Tuesday morning. If you are staying at the house on Monday evening, please ensure the trash cans are brought out in the evening & promptly brought back on Tuesday afternoon. There are three bins black, green, and brown marked 130 on it, please disposed all trash in 130 black bins specifically.OTHER RENTALS:Millennial Queens LLC’s home is fully furnished, available on a month-to-month basis and includes all kitchen and bathroom amenities. Home is highly recommended for corporate leases such as travel nurses, business travelers, and intern students. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to get the best rate.
