This property is a cozy 750sqft complete with an upstairs loft and 2nd bathroom, downstairs private bedroom, bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The neighborhood is known to be quiet, friendly, a great place for fishing, and hanging out with family and friends. Each property has a boathouse or pier on their property.
