We hope you won’t let the lack of reviews steer you away. Contact us with any questions.Your space is a 2.5 bedroom duplex (Unit B) that’s a great base camp to enjoy the center of Austin. Very close to majority of Austin’s best entertainment, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Enough beds for a large family or group of friends.It has 6 queen/full beds, 1 large couch across 3 sleeping spaces. Has a kitchen stocked for large groups, the living room has a sectional couch and a large TV to gather around in the evenings. The back patio is great place for relaxing at the firepit or grilling with friends. The property is within 1+ miles of Barton Springs, and just a short cab ride away from downtown, 6th street, Rainey Street and South Congress.You will have a full kitchen stocked with plenty of dishware, silverware and pots and pans to enjoy meals. The living room has a big screen TV connected to Netflix and other services upon request. There is a dining area and a private outdoor area to relax in the morning or after a long day out.The first bedrooms has it’s own bath and 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full bed. There is loft space above the living room which has 1 queen and 1 full bed and there is a shared bathroom in the hallway.Please note that this is an older home and has some aesthetic quirks. These things will not affect the stay but we want to be upfront!Additionally, you have one covered parking space, if needed, and a laundry room for your use.You’ll have access to one side of a large duplex, with covered parking as well as street parking. The house includes a private patio.This is one side of a duplex. The other side may be available for rent as well (depending on availability). Reach out if you have large group and would like extra space.
