Sliding doors lead directly to the screened lanai and pool.On the other side of the house, sunny 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed with a new mattress and bedding, as well as closet space. Adjacent to it, the 3rd bedroom offers queen bed with new mattress and closet space. Extra blow-up matters available upon request to accommodate additional guests.The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo which offers convenient entrance to the lanai and pool. This feature provides a safe and useful access to shower off, eliminating pool water throughout the house.Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
