Description

Take a break and unwind in the private 4 person hot tub or hang out by the firepit and bar-b-que in your fenced backyard. Pets are welcome. Fully Furnished and includes all utilities including cable and high speed wifi. Home is 1 bedroom/1 bath, with work space. There’s a pull out queen sofa sleeper in living room and a daybed in the bonus room/office. Two large SMART TV’s (65″ and 55″). Fully furnished, includes utensil’s, towels, sheets, blankets, washer and dryer, etc. AMAZING mountain views surround you and walking distance a large grocery store, restaurants, transportation and lots more! It is a short ride to Old Colorado City, downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs with shopping, dining, coffee houses, entertainment, etc. Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak and so much more is a short drive from home! Minimum stay is 30 days.
