Blazing fast Fios fiber optics WiFi for all your streaming needs as well as a TLC 55″ ROKU TV in every room and in the living room a 65″ TV. No Cable TV for local channels. Top of the line Bali shades with full blackout. This house comes w/ 1 parking for no additional fee. We are a 2 min. walk to the bus station and 8 min. to the T station Ball Square. Electric cars are welcome and we have an EV charger in the premisses for a daily fee of only $10. We can install an extra twin mattress on the floor for the 8th guest.Upon confirmation of your stay with us, you will receive an access code unique to your party. The home is smart locked, so no need to worry about sharing or losing keys! You will have 100% private access to the entire home during your stay. You will see me every so often in the house and I am always a call away if you ever need anything.We are a 2 minutes walk to the Tufts Park, 10 minutes walking from some Tufts facilities, 2 minutes from the bus station, 8 minutes walking from Ball Square T Station (green line). Also, a 5 minutes walk from several Italian restaurants such as Bocelli’s and also a Brazilian restaurant Oasis. Walking distance from my favorite coffee shops in town, Colette Bakery and Grounder Coffee.Driving in Medford is easy as it is not congested as the other towns close by. You can find parking relatively easy on Willis Ave. Don’t ever park on Ellis Ave as it is a resident only parking zone.
