House on 35 Acres with views of the La Plata Mountains to Mesa Verde National Park and The Four Corners. Hiking trails on site. Large deck for sunrise coffee and sunset dinners.This is a 400 square foot, park model home, 2 miles from the town of Dolores. New renovated interior. Full size appliances. Kitchen table and lift top coffee table or patio furniture on the deck for meals.Kitchen item include a coffee maker, microwave, all dishes and silverware.The sun comes in the south facing widows in the morning which is a good time to look out for deer and elk.Take a walk around the perimeter of the acreage in the evening during sunset to find pottery shards and see wildlife. Sleep well with cool nights at 7000 feet.I supply paper towels, TP, hand soap. Sheets and towels provided.New large window mounted air conditioner. Evenings cool off after sunset.Has a bath tub but the water heater is only 20 gallons.It’s a half mile gravel road access. Owner occasionally works and overnights in the adjacent building with a separate access road.There’s an friendly outdoor cat.
