There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is the perfect place for you to spend your next vacation. It is conveniently located in the Tahoe Summit Village, three minutes down the street from world-class skiing at Heavenly’s Boulder Lodge. It is also a short drive away from Stateline shopping and nightlife.This home is comprised of three levels. The first floor at street level is a two-car, private garage. You enter the home on the second level, where you will find the secluded master bedroom, bedroom 1. This huge master bedroom with full bath boasts a king bed, an electric fireplace, as well as a private balcony.The third floor is a spacious, vaulted ceiling living area including the perfectly-sized kitchen, dining area, and living room. Here, you can enjoy the gas fireplace and big screen tv with sound bar. Perfect for a cozy evening together, or a basecamp for planning the day’s adventures.
