Go out for a stroll on quiet streets around the beautiful Long Point community, enjoy a game of tennis or bring your children to the playground at La Flame Park, only a five-minute walk from the house. Only one mile from the Champlain Bikeway, explore this gorgeous region on a bicycle, with its quiet roads offering gorgeous views of Lake Champlain, the Adirondacks and Green Mountains.The house is located only seven miles from the little city of Vergennes, with its award-winning restaurants, artisanal ice cream, shops, an opera house, and farmer’s market; 19 miles from Middlebury, and 19 miles from Burlington.This house can sleep up to six people. There is a double bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with three twins (two can be joined to form a double), and the sofa in the sunroom also doubles as a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and spacious counters. Wi-fi is fast and reliable.The house provides a canoe, a 19 ft kayak, and two adult bicycles for your use, as well as two tennis rackets and balls. Or bring your own boat and park it at our dock.
