Large, mature oak canopy provides a shaded respite from hot summer days.Cabin is a two bed, one bath 1,000 sq foot house. Lot size is .46 acres, with 100 feet of frontage along the lake. 40-50 feet along the lake have been left as natural buffer from neighbors and to prevent erosion. The dock on the bank leads out into the water from the shoreline, which has small boardwalk for additional.
