Located at the top of Lake LBJ, approximately 100 yards from the start of the shallow area with large rocks that has no boat traffic, where you can enjoy peace of mind while kayaking and paddle boarding.2-story dock on Lake LBJ with retractable stairs into the water. It’s a great place to swim (at your own risk) or fish (with your own equipment and any required permit).Please look at the photos of the path from the house to the lake to make sure the steep path is okay for your needs. Additionally, there is no disposal system, please absolutely no food (not even coffee grounds) down the sink.- NOTE: The lake-access area of the property has stairs and a slope. It may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, located in the doorbell, above the shed, near the backdoor and near the lake. All cameras are facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces.
