Only 13 miles away is the historic village of Cooperstown. Cooperstown’s picture perfect Main Street has many restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes and, anchoring it all is the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Catch a game at Doubleday Field, a baseball stadium heralded as the “birthplace of baseball.” From Main Street you are a three-minute walk to the shores of one of Upstate New York’s prettiest lakes (aside from Lake Canadarago!)
