Enjoy kayaking, fishing, ice skating and boating on serene Sadawga Lake. Our tiny home sits just steps from the shore with amazing views of the lake and the mountains. It’s a quick drive to skiing at Mount Snow, shopping and dining in quaint WIlmington, and around the corner from the VAST trail. Enjoy a drink on the deck or a dip in the hot tub. End your day curled up on the leather couch in front of the fireplace.The tiny home has a spacious living room with views of the lake and the mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom has a toilet, vessel sink, and rainhead shower with unique metal sides. The bedroom features a queen bed and a window seat with a direct view of Sadawga Lake.The lot is private and has 150 feet of lakefront with a dock. Take advantage of the beautiful, private deck and large hot tub that overlook the lake. We have a hammock to hang beneath the trees lakeside, or you can take out one of our kayaks to explore the beautiful floating island.We do allow pets at our tiny home and do not charge an extra fee for them. Because of the small size of the home, we request that pets are no larger than 50lbs. We also require guests to tell us that they are bringing a pet during the initial booking process.
