All located in the exclusive Fawn Ridge area of Lake Placid, lot’s of privacy yet close to all the wonderful adventures that await you in Lake Placid, ADK, whiteface and beyond! PLEASE NOTE: Lake Placid has strict rules for short term renters. This includes a good neighbor policy that does not permit outdoor noise between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am. There can be no parties.
