Pleasant. The unit has a queen size Murphy bed, a modern living area that can be separated from bed with a full length curtain, full bath and small kitchen area. A complete renovation of the property, brand new furnishings, great outdoor space and the proximity to great views, activities and food make this the perfect vacation get away. Enjoy a book on the private outdoor patio or take a bike ride to one of the great restaurants near by. This property is located a block from the waters of Shem Creek and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards from a vendor right at the water’s edge. Within a 3 block radius there are 12 restaurants and bars, 2 coffee shops, a beverage super store, a farmers market, and 2 antique malls. The heart of downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the beach at Sullivan’s Island is a bike ride away. The Historic district of the Old Village is walking distance and offers many beautiful antebellum homes, several nice shops and a first class restaurant.A two bedroom, one bath cottage in the front of the property can be rented in conjunction with the studio if more space is needed.
