Dining Room has a large table that seats 6 and a high chair in the side closet for the baby. Main level full bathroom is just off the dining room. Living Room has a comfy couch and a Roku TV mounted just above.OUTDOOR PATIO- Large grill and stylish patio table for those get togethers after a long day of hiking!TOP LEVEL: Matching Guest Bedrooms- Each room has a Queen bed and there is a shared full bathroom.GENERAL: Washer & dryer, towels/linens, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, high chair, trash bags, paper towels, first aid kit, coffee & creamer, purified waterFAQ: External surveillance cameras & 4WD/AWD required in winter monthsPARKING: Dirt driveway (4 vehicles)This cabin makes a good home base for trips to many nearby tourist attractions including Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, The Manitou Incline, Seven Falls, Old Colorado Springs, U.S. Olympic Training Center, North Pole Santa’s Workshop, Eleven Mile State Park and many others.Guests who love the outdoors will find great hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, golfing, fishing nearby!You have access to entire home and the driveway.I’m just a phone call away down the hill!From Highway 24 take the Chapita Park Rd exit.Take the first left on Chipotle Rd then right at Fountain Rd.Almost immediate left onto Mariposa Trail.From there you will turn left on Paona Rd another left on Mohawk ( just past the silver boat).Then right onto Ute Rd then sharp left onto Shashone Rd ( this is a dead end that leads to the house)There is NO central AC in the home ,there are portable AC Units and fans available in the cabin.For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80-if you open it, close it-if you borrow it, return it-if you turn it on, turn it off-if you break it, fix it-if you use it, take care of it-if you make a mess, clean it up-if you move it, put it backIt is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stayNo Smoking Please-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smokingQuiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb’s party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
