Less than 10 minutes off I-85, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath has a platform dock located on deep water and is tucked away in a private cove while still providing easy access to Hartwell’s main waterways! Perfect for fishing, relaxing, or hosting a gathering with family and friends, this small retreat is nothing fancy but holds a charm we hope you’ll enjoy! Oh, and did we mention theres a pontoon and jet ski rental company right across the cove?!?Features include:: Sizable deck with grill provided, screened-in section with additional side deck seating. Very spacious paved parking area great for extra cars or trailers. Multiple seating areas in recently remodeled great room boasting open floor plan (includes 1 queen pull out sofa). Large kitchen area with dishwasher, two ovens, and full electric stovetop (some cookware provided). Remodeled guest bath; washer & dryer included. Cozy master bedroom with private full bathroom.Must be 25 years or older to rent.Pets: No Pets Allowed**Nightly rate based on 6 Adult Maximum.
