These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet- NOTE: There is no garbage disposal in the sink. Please use the sink strainer and dispose of food bits in the trash- NOTE: The dock & bulkhead are shared amenities, boat/slip/lift are excluded
