Cozy Ocean, Marsh and ICW view, 2 Br, 2 Ba Condo – Pool & private dock! Sleeps 6Cozy 2 BR, 2 full BA condo over 1,000 sq feet located at the west end of OIB with distant ocean views, marsh and inter-coastal waterway views from the back deck, along with a gorgeous sunset. We are 200 yards to the beach. The condo pool is connected to the property. From the dock you can paddle board, kayak or fish. Bring your own excursion toys! The condo is on the 2nd floor, comfortably sleeps 6 w/pull out sofa queen size bed for 2 guests. Master BR has queen size bed w/ small balcony & amazing views. 2nd BR has 2 queen size beds. Upstairs has full BA/tub & 1st floor has full BA/shower. Equipped kitchen, electric stove top, cookware, utensils, dishes, towels, mini Keurig, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer. We provide linens & towels but feel free to bring your own. Wireless internet, main LR smart TV accessed by your own log in. Bring beach towels, beach chairs, toiletries. Toilet paper/kitchen rolls/garbage bags/laundry detergent/dish soap provided. No pets of any kind permitted.
