The A-Frame Porcupine studio is located attached to the main part of the house, with a private entrance. The main house is also available as a separate rental for additional people over two. See property ID 2145239.This room has all the amenities of a hotel; including free Wi-Fi, coffeemaker, mini fridge, queen sized bed with linens and towels and bathroom with a shower, no tub.The beach is located down several (79) steps of stairs, so mobility issues would make this tough!Guests can access to the 100 feet of beach as well as use of the kayaks and rowboat. (Shared with the two cabins also on the property).Their is a selection of movies for the DVD player. In addition the A-Frame has an A/C unit for summer and a thermostats for fall and winter, so guest will be comfortable regardless of the temperature outside.
