Recently updated and furnished! This house is located in diamond point. Close to many restaurants, boat launches, and shops. There’s access to a shared beach within the neighborhood. Four bedrooms. 2 full size, 2 twin, and a queen. 2 bathrooms. All linens provided. Each bedroom has a smart tv, a window AC unit along with fans. Newly renovated !! Brand new deck, driveway, kitchen, baths bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. The wood stove is not for use by guests. Fire pit, guests bring wood.Things to note:Check in 3, check out 10Please clean up after your dogs, and they must be on leashes at all times. Make sure they are added at check out. $150 per pet, 2 pet maxindoor fireplaces not for use.ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES of any kind. This is a quiet neighborhood and we like to keep it this way. the listing is for 8 people max.
