Our cozy pink house is the perfect base to call home while exploring Colorado Springs. We are ideally located on a quiet street only two blocks from historic Old Colorado City with shopping, bars, and restaurants. We are also close to many other parks, trails, and tourist attractions.The comfortable and clean 834 sq. ft. house includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first room has a California King bed with a Tempurpedic mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The bathroom is stocked with essentials. The living room has a couch someone could sleep on.The house has central a/c and ceiling fans in every room to ensure comfort in the warm summer months. The kitchen has a 6 person table and is fully stocked with cooking essentials if you want to prepare your own meals. There is a cute patio off the kitchen to sit and enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. There is parking on the street, or access to a 1 car garage and 1 spot in the alley so you never have to worry about parking. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
