Approx. 1,200 square feet living space not including the lovely patio facing the grand pool area where outdoor living is a life style we indulge in, here in the desert, and you are literally only 5 steps from the pool and jacuzzi! Amy’s condo is turn key, complete with towels, cookware and everything needed for a fabulous home away from home vacation! With new furniture in the living room and new carpet throughout the condo, this is a nice clean unit, where your small pets are welcome! We even have a laundry room with both a washer and dryer, and carport parking for 2 cars.Ironwood is a prestigious and safe gated community just 5 minutes from the heart of the city, yet because it is nuzzled against the foot of the Santa Rosa mountains, it is exceptionally quiet. With oodles of citrus trees, free for the picking, and pristine landscapes bursting with floral blossoms and green grass courses for miles! Said by many to be absolute paradise! Because Ironwood is nestled against the mountains, it is quiet and serene, and yet only 5 minutes from all the city action!The Living Desert Reserve is within walking distance, and you are only 20 minutes from Palm Springs, the playground of the rich and famous and the world famous annual Coachella Fest and Stage Coach in April! Joshua tree monument is about an hour away and is a great day trip for serious mountain climbers and hikers. Beaches are within an hour drive. Los Angeles and San Diego within a 2 hour drive. So many great destinations to choose from for a day trip! Oh~ and we would be amiss if we did not mention the national BNP Paribas Tennis tournament hosted in Indian Wells, only 10 minutes away, The Palm Springs International Film Festival in January and many other activities like the Empire Polo matches, Fashion week on El Paseo in March, and The Indio National Date Festival in February! The Palm Springs Aerial Tram way takes you to the top of Mount San Jacinto in less then 15 minutes while slowly rotating, giving you a panoramic view of the valley below, truly spectacular! And tromping around the Indian Canyons and along the palm tree lined oasis’ is truly magical! And we can’t forget about the world renown Hot Springs and spas that the rich and the famous fly in for the weekend to escape the hustle and bustle of life, right here in our valley. Truly our desert is a mecca for fun and entertainment!And if you love the night life, with fine dining and Broadway worthy live theatre and world renown musical artist from every genre, from Renea Fleming, to Styx, we have the prestigious Mc Callum Theatre, The Palm Canyon Theatre and several Casino’s that host these artists! Not to mention the plethora of 4 and 5 star restaurants to choose from!And because we are not your run of the mill rental agency who collects your check and don’t speak to them again until your departure, I am here to accommodate you if anything should arise. We want to respect your privacy but also want you to know we are here to insure that all goes smoothly during your stay at our condoIf you like to golf or play tennis, we can arrange for a one month club package for a fee, done through our membership department here at Ironwood. It includes either tennis or golf, use of the club gym (its got everything!), and dining privileges at the Club house and Spikes on the green!We are so confident that if you are not yet an annual visitor to our beautiful desert, you will soon become one! Once you get sand in your shoes, you cant get it out.
