Private lakefront accommodations including use of summertime paddle boats, sunbathing area on top of boat house. Cottage is a short walk to Gar Woods, Miniature Golf and Pizza and also very convenient to shopping, and dining in Tahoe City and Kings Beach. In the summer time join nearby golf courses and in the winter the house is a short drive to Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. Lodging features include beautiful lakeviews from the open living and dining area, large fireplace with firewood included. The expansive patio includes a BBQ and plenty of seating for friends and family and during the summer enjoy strolling among the bright and sunny lawns and flower beds along the lakeshore.THIS PROPERTY IS NOT TO BE USED FOR HOSTING LARGE GATHERINGS (12+ people) and there is no burning, fire pit or open charcoal of any kind allowed.
