The studio is completely private and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We have furnished the unit with a nice table to eat, a nice pull out sofa for an extra guest and a large flat screen to enjoy a nice movie. The unit also has a full working kitchen and large oversized bath with a big stand up shower. The area is secluded and private. There are trails and parks nearby.As our guest please be courteous with our neighbors. Please keep volume to a minimum in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings.
