Occasionally you’ll see a deer or two come through the yard to munch on the crab apple trees!As you enter ‘Your Second Home’, you will be delighted with a spacious feeling, beautiful décor and open floor plan in this townhome. There is a built-in desk for anyone needing to get some work done on your laptop. But be warned, you might get sidetracked by the secret reading nook! Its super cozy with a memory foam mattress and plush pillows, and draped with beautiful white curtains that you can close for a secret enclosure! There are plenty of books to choose from on the built-in bookshelves if you did not bring one to read, covering a wide variety of interests. The secret nook is equipped with a flat screen Smart TV, extra outlets and USB ports so you can charge up while relaxing. This has proved to be a guest favorite many, many times!The entry opens up into the living room that offers plenty of seating on a large sectional sofa. Everybody will enjoy watching a movie on the 55″ flat screen TV or open up the storage ottoman to find board games for the family. The entertainment center also offers an electric fireplace to make the evenings so cozy! Enjoy surround sound speakers to listen to your music everywhere in the home. The long dining room table offers seating for 6 comfortably, and can fit up to 8. There are two comfy stools that sit at the bar for morning coffee or to chat with the cook!This kitchen offers all stainless-steel appliances including a double oven and 5-burner gas stove. Beautiful tile in the kitchen and modern glass tile backsplash will make you want to stay in and cook in this gorgeous kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook all your favorite meals during your stay. Basic cooking supplies and spices will be in the kitchen as well. Feel free to use what you need.We offer a Keurig with a sampling of K-cups for morning coffee, as well as a standard coffee pot. Coffee, filters, cream and sugar are available as well as a variety of teas.Other supplies that are on hand for our guests include: paper towels, dish towels, dishcloths, new dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and extra garbage bags. Most supplies are under the kitchen sink for your convenience.On the main level, you will have access to a stackable full capacity heavy duty washer and dryer. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are available there for guest use.On the main floor, you’ll find the master bedroom which holds a queen bed. Beautiful furnishings and a large Smart TV will make you feel right at home! There is also one full bathroom on the main level with all the right upgrades for your 5-Star stay!Head up the stairs and you will come to the first of the two spacious bedrooms located upstairs. All rooms offer new memory foam mattresses.The first bedroom holds a queen bed, a dresser and a wardrobe so you can unpack and be comfortable during your stay. There is a flat screen Smart TV for your personal use and you will find many updated systems for plugging in your phone to charge. No more crawling around looking for an outlet! The full-size upgraded bathroom separates the two bedrooms. The bathroom is large, and completely remodeled with modern touches. The large shower tub combination offers glass privacy doors. In the bathroom, we offer a starter kit of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. On the vanity you will find makeup wipes, cotton balls, and Q-Tips as well as a hairdryer.All linens are provided, as well as towels, hand towels, washcloths, sheets, extra pillows and extra blankets as well.The second bedroom holds two twin beds, a dresser and a wardrobe for your use. There is a Smart TV in this room as well.Both bedrooms offer a personal A/C unit so you can rest at your comfort level. Please respect any door or closet that is locked, as that is extra storage.The sofa in the living room opens up to sleep two more guests. Bedding is available for this bed as well, located in the bench by the front door. There is also a portable A/C unit in the living room for your comfort during the warm summer afternoons.The sun can be bright in the mornings with the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main area; you have the option to have the shades completely open, sunscreen shade, or privacy shade. The sunscreen shade offers diffused light to still enter the home. These shades run across the front of the home so you can customize your lighting during the day.This is a townhouse and has one shared wall with the adjoining townhouse.
