The kitchen is stocked with essentials, the living room TV equipped with a Chromecast, and coin laundry available in the building.The courtyard offers a shared BBQ for ultimate summer delight!Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.Breckenridge STR License Number: 447770002Guest Access:Guests will have one parking space and access to the entire unit.Interaction with Guests:You can check in directly at the unit, and our team is available throughout your stay!The Neighborhood:Nearby Carter Park offers tennis, soccer, volleyball fields, a sledding hill, dog-friendly play area & heated picnic shelter. Follow the steps near the Carter Park trailhead for panoramic views of the Tenmile Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. The distance to the top is easier measured in yards rather than miles, so this is a great short-on-time option. Carter Park is one of several popular town trailheads that provide access to a vast network of town and county trails, so if this short hike just isn’t enough, continue south on the Hermit Placer Trail and loop back via Jack’s Cruel Joke (careful, it’s steep!) and Sunbeam.Getting Around:This unit is easy for walking to and from town. One parking spot is available behind the building. The Breck Free Ride Purple Route picks up on Washington & Harris. Uber is also in town!Other Things to Note:HOA rules prohibit more than 2 guests in the unit.Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed.
