Here you’ll find a cozy Lake Hartwell cabin updated with the latest amenities in a quiet cove on Seneca River. Located only approximately 4 miles up the river is Clemson University where all football games are accessible and to the south is the big portion of Lake Hartwell’s 55,000 acres and 1100 miles of shoreline. Several boat landings near by with Green Pond only 3 miles away. Green Pond is where the Bass Masters Classic is held and several other fishing tournaments. Our quiet cove is perfect for swimming, Kayaking and fishing. The home itself has 4 bedrooms with the master on the main level and a private bath. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bath. The half bath is just off the kitchen. Laundry area also is on the main level, right off the back porch area which is glassed in for a nice view of the lake. The home is only 1 mile from I-85 which gives you easy access to Anderson and Greenville for shopping. Pendleton is only 5 miles away and Clemson by car is only 10 miles away. Perfect location for Clemson Home games. The home has a covered deck right off the kitchen area for cookouts and just relaxing in the evenings. It is a very peaceful atmosphere and a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood has a cul-de-sac so no through traffic which makes it ideal for your privacy.
