This is a cute and cozy 600 square foot 1 bedroom with an incredible courtyard pool view on the first floor. There is a gym (right outside my door), business center, beautiful pool, hot tub, grills, courtyard, etc – this is the closest thing to a resort. I have almost everything needed in the kitchen for you to cook if you please. I will provide bath towels, but please bring your own pool towels.I expect my guests to treat my place and community with respect. No parties. No loud groups or music. The pool hours are 9am-10pm. Quiet hours are after 10pm.I have wifi, a tv with roku, netflix, bluetooth speaker, etc.Queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size air mattress available if needed.This is an ideal place for an individual or a couple looking to be within walking distance of Old Town.Enjoy!
