With 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, it’s the perfect space to unwind and relax. Perfect for trips to tour the historic downtown homes, graduation weekends on the Marine base or the beach.This adorable cottage is located in downtown Beaufort, 1 mile from the center of downtown, 0.1 miles from the Spanish Moss Trail and centrally located between both bases and just 20 minutes from Hunting Island State Park. We offer a beach pass for your use while staying with us.Our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, consists of a queen size bed and dresser in the main bedroom with a 43 inch smart Roku tv, 2 twin beds with a dresser in the 2nd bedroom with a 32 inch smart Roku tv and a pull out bed in the living room couch, 50 inch smart Roku tv. The pull out couch bed would only be ideal for a child, due to the thickness of the mattress.The bathroom is a tub/shower combination. There is shampoo/conditioner, and body wash for your use, as well as assorted toiletries, in case you’ve left something at home.The kitchen is updated with a stainless steel dishwasher and farmhouse style sink, with a new garbage disposal. We have a Keurig for your use and we supply Starbucks, flavored coffees, and assorted teas. The Laundry area is located in the kitchen area, and we have tide pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.In the large back yard there is a fire pit with comfy chairs. There is a small table and chair set with a grill available for your use as well as a corn hole game for entertainment.Enjoy all the comforts of home and more at your charming 2 bedroom retreat!
