Ideally located in a quiet established neighborhood between Snowbowl and NAU, it is 10 minutes to historic downtown Flagstaff’s many attractions and Northern Arizona University. Also, 1 hour from the Grand Canyon, 45 minutes from Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona and less than a mile from world class hiking and biking trails in the pines of Coconino National Forest. The home can sleep up to 9. Wi-Fi, Local cable TV, washer/dryer, reverse osmosis water filter and an outdoor grill are provided. Well-behaved pets are welcome.Here is what one renter had to say. “This property was perfect for my husband and me and our two large dogs. Proximity to Arizona Snowbowl can’t be beat. Fenced backyard provided peace of mind dogwise. Newly renovated kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked including quality cookware. Bathrooms were also recently updated. Huge TV and newer washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood outside of hustle and bustle of downtown flagstaff but only a short drive to amenities of town. Charmingly decorated in an eclectic mix of arts and crafts from around the world. Older furnishings but not in a bad way. Very homey feel.”
