The property is only 13 miles away from the soft white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key & Longboat Key, as well as 7 miles from 3 golf courses and the Sarasota / Bradenton Int. Airport.Amenities include a heated community pool, pickle ball and bocce ball courts and shuffle board.
