This ‘Home Away from Home’ four bedroom / two bathroom, single-story vacation villa is the perfect destination for families or couples alike.Located in the Private, gated Aviana Resort, a family oriented community only a 30 minute ride from Walt Disney World and featuring a large private pool (can be heated for additional cost) this holiday paradise villa is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the parks. Resort amenities include gated access, playground, community pool, clubhouse, fitness centre, volleyball courts and picnic area.Our fully air-conditioned accommodation sleeps 8 comfortably and includes:• Bedroom 1 – Master suite with King bed, ensuite bath and tv with ROKU• Bedroom 2 – Queen bedroom with ROKU tv• Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds, ROKU tv.• Bedroom 4 – Two twin beds, ROKU tvThe open floor plan of the common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar, allows ample space for everyone to spread out, yet relax together. The family room has a Smart ROKU TV with DVD and a large sliding door that leads onto the pool deck. The fully equipped, kitchen boasts a breakfast bar that seats 3 and a dining area that seats 6. There is also a separate dining room which seats 6 and a second sitting room for those that want a quieter evening. The garage contains a basketball game as well as all the pool toys and equipment.The covered lanai has pool loungers and table and chairs and a private swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional charge).Some additional amenities include: high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, plastic dishes & drink ware for use around the pool, iron & ironing board, linens, towels, pool towels, hairdryer, stroller, games and pool inflatables, goggles, snorkels, flippers etc..Locally managed and maintained – 24 hour emergency service.Property reference number: 373528
