This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ’s are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.This two bedroom is located on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe. The house is very close to Heavenly Ski Resort with amazing views of the lake and mountains.~ This home does NOT have AC or a BBQ.It has a queen in the master and queen in bedroom two. There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen, a full bathroom in the hallway on the lower level with the bedrooms, and an amazing view of the lake from living room & master bedroom. There are stairs in the house and in the winter the streets and parking area do get icy. There is a private hot tub on the front deck of the unit, the back deck has a small sitting area that over looks the Lake.In winter, throw on some snow shoes and take a hike from the Condo, or catch a ride with the free Heavenly Shuttle to/from the Stagecoach lift, which is just around the corner, for a full day of skiing or snowboarding. Once the snow has disappeared, and the summer sun heats up the mountain air, Lake Tahoe is a beautiful place for mountain biking, hiking, swimming. After a day of physical activity, try your luck at the casinos about five miles away. But maybe you would rather stay in, and watch a good movie, or enjoy a bottle of wine while admiring the amazing lake views and cozening up on the couch with a warm fire. All in all, Lake Tahoe is an amazing place to visit anytime of the year!You will have access to the community pool and hot tub. That is just a short walk to the pool. ~ WCPM does not operate the pool or hot tub area. ~
