The booking guest is responsible for utility costs incurred beyond this cap- For stays of 28 nights or more, we require a one-time additional insurance fee and a refundable deposit- Guest has the option to either have periodic cleans during the stay or a deep clean at the end of the stay. Guest is responsible for the cost of additional cleaning.Cancellations: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance at booking, as we are not able to provide refunds for cancellations outside of our policy for reasons such as flight delays/cancellations, weather, injury, or illness. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our cancellation window. Please use this time to research the location with the provided address and finalize your travel plans. Refunds will not be considered outside of this window for any reason.House Rules- Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Tents or other structures may not be erected unless otherwise approved by the host prior to booking.- Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them. Booking guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file (if applicable) should damage occur during occupancy.-If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP.
