Cozy Sunset – is the perfect accommodation for your next vacation in paradise because of its location and also the perfect home for boaters (motorboat or sailboat) with fast access to the Gulf of Mexico. The private boat dock is available for use upon request. There is no boat lift.Located in a quiet residential street in the yacht club area with quick access to Cape Coral Beach, downtown area with restaurants, shopping or to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.The west facing patio has an electric heated pool and allows you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the sun lounger, watching boats go by or simply relaxing in peace.The pool bath offers you the opportunity to take a shower directly from the pool.We did remodel: tiles now throughout the whole house, brand new kitchen and master bath.With about 2000 sqft our main focus was decorating for a “comfortable and loving” space to enjoy while on vacation. There should be everything you need for your vacation: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, Wi-Fi, 4 flat screens and Bicycles are available for exploring the area.* One (1) Dog up to 20 pounds we may consider for a fee.
