Bathroom features double sinks with a full size tub & shower.Outside the kitchen is a mud room with a desk that leads to a colorful private courtyard. Enjoy your mornings under the sun!Guests have access to a completely private front yard with private entrance and a one car ( two compact cars fit) driveway with a manual gate. Guests also have a private side backyard space with seating.The neighborhood is very residential and quiet, Its pretty big but for the most part I love the Noho District area and the close drive to Burbank, Studio City and Hollywood. Burbank and Studio city is about 1.5 miles away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Hollywood is about 15-20 min away. Don’t hesitate to ask me how far something is, I can check maps for you.Other things to note:*This property sits on a large corner lot. There are two studio units in the backyard that enter from the side street. Both are separate and have their own private area and parking. Any questions let me know.
