This condo is ideal for both skiing and summer activities, access to restaurants and bars, festivals, and events. Or, just relax and enjoy the amazing view of Peak 8 right from the sofa!The Space:Located on the first floor, all brand new! The sofa bed is a queen size in the common area.Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.Breckenridge STR License Number: 40182Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire home and the building’s laundry room.Interaction with Guests:Our team is in town and available for anything you may need.The Neighborhood:The Historic District in Breckenridge offers access to art, music, theater, and food.just a few minutes from Main Street and the Gondola.Getting Around:The best part – once you park your car, you may not need to use it again! We are just a few minutes away from Main St, Ridge St, and the Gondola. Breckenridge offers free public transit – and now Uber is in town.Other Things to Note:Unfortunately, this condo is used part-time as a full-time residence and the owners have severe pet allergies, so no furry friends allowed. Sorry!Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.House Rules:• No smoking• Pets are not allowed• No parties or events• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
