Cozy Vermont home for your Summer and Fall getaway

Located in the beautiful Chimney Hill neighborhood, our house is just a short drive to Mount Snow! Our house has 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms both with wood burning stoves, and sleeps 8 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for 8 at the dining room table (with 2 additional high top seats at the counter top bar).On the main level, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, a bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed (no closet available, as its in use as a locked owner’s closet). Downstairs, you will find a full bathroom (with a full bathtub, as well as a washer and dryer), another living room and 3 bedrooms – 2 with queen beds and 1 with a twin over double bunk bed. The top bunk is only available for guests under 100 lbs.The living room on the main level has a TV with cable, Netflix, a DVD player (with a selection of movies), and some board games. The downstairs living room has a TV with cable, Netflix, an Xbox and Nintendo Wii (with a selection of games). A big hit with kids of all ages!The Chimney Hill community clubhouse is available for our guests’ use during their stay – you’ll have access to both an indoor heated and outdoor heated pool (summer only), an indoor hot tub, fitness center, kids play room/game room, a movie room and a BYOB bar/kitchen. Near the outdoor pool is a children’s playground. There are also an ice skating pond, a duck pond/fishing area, as well as basketball and tennis courts.We are located within a short drive to Mount Snow, with world class skiing/riding, as well as a golf course and mountain biking. The Haystack trailhead is within walking distance to our house; no need to worry about parking!Four wheel drive and good tires are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED in the winter and spring. The neighborhood is hilly and when conditions are snowy, icy or muddy, navigating the streets can be tricky.Our house is available for longer stays in the summer and fall (no more than 29 days).
