In the living room, you’ll find a plush queen-size sofa and another Smart TV.While the kitchen is compact, it is equipped with essential cooking supplies to prepare your meals. You can dine at the kitchen counter table, accommodating up to 3 guests, or enjoy an outdoor seating area on the patio with a table for four. Surrounded by majestic trees and the lush greenery of the Walden Golf Course, you’ll truly feel immersed in a forest-like ambiance.It’s essential to note that this is a compact space, and occasionally, odors and increased humidity levels may penetrate through the walls, potentially resulting in a residual smoke smell. To mitigate this, I’ve equipped the space with two air purifiers, and you can enhance ventilation by briefly opening the back sliding door for a few minutes.I kindly ask you to consider this aspect, including humidity levels, before finalizing your booking. My goal is to ensure that my place suits your needs perfectly. Please be aware that if you proceed with the booking, refunds will not be issued once you’ve checked in.Only one small dog allowed under 35 pounds.
