Enjoy beautiful views from our two bedroom, two and a half bath condo. Our unit is located in the Mariner’s Cay community. The community itself offers a large swimming pool (opens mid April), two lighted tennis courts, a communal grilling area, spectacular views of the Folly River, a boat dock that you can fish off of, and it is just across the bridge from all the shops and restaurants that make Downtown Folly Beach an extremely sought after destination!Our condo is on the third floor (no elevator). It has an open concept with granite countertops in the kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and large living area including a couch and flat screen TV. The enclosed porch off of the living room and the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Folly River where you can relax and enjoy a good book or watching the dolphins and other wildlife.Both bedrooms have private full bathrooms for your convenience.
