Comes with everything needed to enjoy your stay: Dock, swim raft, john boat , 2 kayaks and Canoe, for your use. Outside dining space, grill, and campfire to make memories at this cozy retreat. Swimming is made easy with level water frontage access. Lots of privacy & room for parking and outdoor activities. fire pit and corn hole games on site. home is one bedroom with kitchen and bath and living room. Close drive to Kennebunkport, wells , Portland – beaches , shopping and restaurants- makes a great day trips. Close to Bentley’s in Arundel- !
