There’s a communal laundry room for all apartment in the buildings.THE WATERWAY rules and regulations requires every adult guest to submit an on line application for residency NO LESS than 7 (SEVEN ) business days prior to check in date. For so doing a Lease contract to be signed and Rental application forms to be filled in & payed by tenant (costs described) to PASS the screening .
