Cozy & Well Equipped Log Cabin on Secluded Pond in Bar Harbor near Acadia NPThis lovely heated log home is located on ten wooded acres, with a running brook, and a pond. A family of beavers can be spotted in the pond at sundown. The large wrap-around deck is wonderful for sunning, reading, outdoor dining or star-gazing.Harper’s Acadia Lodge is extremely well and lovingly maintained by owners who pride themselves on this cabin.The kitchen is well equipped with an Induction stove with traditional, convection and air fryer oven settings, a new dishwasher. Other kitchen amenities include:a Cuisinart Food Processor, blender, hand mixer, and crock pot.Three types of coffee pots: French press, Keurig and Pour over.The book shelf contains cookbooks. There are fresh herbs in the garden.The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen sized beds and 1 with twin beds. All linens are furnished. There are 2 full bathrooms: the 1st floor has a new Laundry Tower, the 2nd floor bathroom features a Japanese soaking tub with shower.There is a ft. long desk on the 2nd floor equipped with a phone.WiFi is provided by Spectrum and has speeds of 300 mpsThe large “great room” has comfy arm chairs and a leather couch. Bookshelves filled with books, games and puzzles are for your use. Since this is a log house, there is a set of lincoln logs.
