This quaint lakefront 2 Br, 1 Bath cottage is located within a family friendly association on the southwest side of beautiful Higgins Lake. The lake is spring fed and clear with a sandy bottom so conditions are excellent for kids (and adults) to play and swim in the water. The cottage is completely furnished, very clean and well maintained.The two bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room and a double sofa bed in the sunroom. Bed linens are furnished.The bath has a tub/shower combination. Towels are furnished. Please bring your own beach towels.The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Dishes and pots and pans are included. There is an ample eating area in the kitchen.Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and sunroom. There is air conditioner in the living room. There is wifi available. Our association is a smoke free environment. ThanksThis cottage is clean, bright and cheerful thanks to the many (new) windows.
